Family Reserve - Nose - perfect pears tippled with some sweetness, maybe toffee coming through. very nice!
Family Reserve - Palate - Vanilla and honey with infusions of fruit, certainly pear and peach! Something ripe.

Sherry Cask - Aroma - that zest coming through mixed with stewed apples. the sweetness from the sherry, nice.
Sherry Cask - Palate - Creamy and smooth, I can taste a strong but not overbearing apple tang.

Ale Finish - Aroma - Strong dark expected whiff is my favourite. The smokey sullow tones of hops shining through.
Ale Finish - Palate - Floral and warming. Not my fave of the night but nice on a cold winters day.

Signature - Aroma - A light toffee flavour to the nose, hitting through some cherries....odd but satisfying!
Signature - Palate - Starting smooth on the palate, tastes of coconut and also some caramel, a nice finish.

Conclusion:
My favourite of the night was the Sherry Cask finish - the sweetness coming through reminding me of a strong bourbon made me feel warm and fuzzy, a nice taste to take away with me.
